The owner, Mr. Fernandez, and his staff are very kind. We enjoyed meeting Mr. Fernandez and speaking in the courtyard. The rooms are as depicted in the pictures. Because of building laws, permanent structures cannot be built on the beach so Delta House is as close to being on the beach as you can get. From the rooms you can see the beach with only a few beach front food shacks in between. Out the door, down some stairs, and you are walking in sand. The location could not be better. I cannot think of a better place to stay at Calangute beach.

Goa Delta House was a great place to stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and we loved the proximity to the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'd definitely recommend it to others."

Very nice clean and spacious rooms , close to the beach , beautiful beach view from the room , Garden area , Good wifi , loved the place !! Owner was very polite,kind and helpful treated us as a family member, will definitely stay whenever visit next time!! Highly recommend everyone !
