I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Goa. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, making the stay relaxing and pleasant. The location is excellent—right by a beautiful beach and very close to several beach shacks, so almost everything was easily accessible. The beach itself is calm, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding, and it’s also close to water sports. The hotel offers a lovely beach view, and the area felt safe even for solo female travellers. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout. What makes this place even better is that despite the beautiful location and beach-front views, the stay is still very affordable. A great place to stay if you want a peaceful beach experience in Goa.

This guest house is amazing. Fernandes- the owner - has arranged the decoration in such a way that you feel in a small paradise. The garden is incredible, and watered every day, there is a beautiful view of the ocean and it is close to the beach (2mns walk literally) and beach shacks. You can also walk to the centre in 15 mns. Shahid and Habib were great help and always available for anything I needed. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to North Goa. Fernandes will have the time to talk about the Portuguese culture and ensure that you have everything you need. I hope to come back. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable. the only thing maybe missing is a kettle - for a coffee/tea... but it is not a real issue. you can just go out and have it on the beach!

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, neat, and well maintained. Special thanks to Habib and Sahid, both were very helpful, polite, and always ready to assist, which made our stay comfortable. Stayed at Delta House recently and i have to say what a hidden gem this place is. Literally on the beach. Balcony overlooking beautifully kept gardens. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, rooms cleaned regularly, bedding beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Air conditioning and fan in all rooms Staff were around 24 hours a day so totally secure while allowing total privacy. Would highly recommend and i cant wait to return.
